I Had Everything On Paper. It Wasn’t Enough.
Founder, The Reload
I grew up on Star Trek. What hooked me wasn’t space or the technology. What I was interested in was the people: sharp, capable, in shape, useful to the crew, passionate about life, and still decent. I spent my whole childhood assuming that’s just what adults became.
Then I became an adult, and I felt like I somehow got lost on the path. Honestly, I started thinking maybe there wasn’t even a path for me at all.
Magna cum laude, Order of the Coif at Duke Law. M&A attorney at a top firm. On paper I had it all. In the mirror, and in rooms, something didn’t match. My exterior didn’t match my interior. Twelve years of consistent exercise and I still just looked fine. Acne into my thirties. Not excited for the day ahead. And I didn’t feel seen: not by the executives I worked with, not by women, not even by friends. I knew I wanted more.
So, I decided to do something about it. Like a lawyer stress-testing a deal, I questioned every assumption about fitness, skincare, nutrition, and how I showed up, and I followed the evidence. I researched everything, tested everything, sometimes multiple times over. Everything was a silo, built for kids half my age, quick-fix hustle, help that either dumped a pile of materials on you or locked real coaching behind scheduled calls. Nobody treated a man as a whole system. So, I built what I couldn’t find.
Within three months of tracking macros, I had abs for the first time in my thirties. Nine months later, trainers were asking if I was a professional athlete. My skincare routine cleared my lifelong acne.
My exterior finally matched my interior. I walked into rooms differently. Conversations landed differently. And people who’d known me for years started asking what was different. There’s something invigorating about showing up as the man you knew you could be.
I knew I had something worth sharing the day a driver rolled down his window at a red light to ask if I was a model.
This system isn’t theory. It’s the exact playbook I used: every product, every routine, every mindset shift, built into an AI you can talk to anytime. The Reload is the system I wish existed the whole time I was waiting to become that person I always hoped I’d be.
Twelve years of working out and looking fine. Twelve months of testing assumptions and looking different.
