• —Basic analytics: Page views, referring URLs, IP address, device type, browser type and version, device identifiers, date and time of access, and general geographic region (country level) through standard web analytics

Information we do NOT collect:

• —We do not store or log your conversations with the AI coach
• —We do not record, save, or have access to anything you type into the chat interface

3. How Your Conversations Are Processed

When you send a message to the Reload's AI-powered coaching tool, it is transmitted to Anthropic's API (the AI provider) for processing. Here's what happens:

• —Anthropic processes your message and generates a response in real time
• —Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 7 days
• —Anthropic does NOT use API data for model training — this is a flat policy with no opt-in or opt-out
• —We (the Reload) do not have access to, store, or log your conversations at any point
• —Conversations exist only in your browser session and are lost when you close the tab or refresh the page

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• —Process your payment and grant you access to the service
